EdStaff are seeking passionate ECTs for roles in schools across various areas in the North West. This is a great chance for ECTs to develop their skills, gain valuable experience in new settings and build relationships with local schools with the opportunity to secure long-term or permanent positions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons
  • Create a calm and supportive learning environment
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
  • Work alongside support staff to provide inclusive education for all pupils
  • Assist with general school duties as required
  • Adhere to school policies and procedures

Essential requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Recent experience working within a UK School setting
  • A genuine commitment to making a difference for children and young people
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of safeguarding and classroom management
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
